Skamet offers a wide range of wood-burning sauna stoves, and we understand that every sauna and every sauna lover has their own needs and wishes. That is why our stoves can be adapted to fit your steam room perfectly.

In the catalogue you will find various stove models — steel or mesh casing, fired from the steam room or from another room, with or without a boiler connection, with a water tank. Every Skamet stove is handmade from quality materials, and thanks to two built-in flue channels its efficiency exceeds 70 %.

But our offer does not end there! Sometimes additional modifications are needed to make the stove ideal for your particular sauna. That is why we offer a range of customisation options — at the factory and by yourself.

Factory modifications (F)

If the layout of your sauna calls for special solutions, we can do the following at the factory:

Moving the door hinges: if it is more convenient for you to open the door the other way, the hinges can be moved to the right.
Mirrored stove: in special cases a mirrored (reversed) model can be ordered — this may be needed for certain layouts.
Stove colour: to match the interior better, you can choose red or black.
Stainless steel top rim for the steel casing: for durability and aesthetics.
Stainless steel water tank: for models with a tank — for longer use.
Length of the through-wall part: if the stove is fired from another room, we match the firing tunnel length to the wall thickness.
Double-sided boiler connection: for easier boiler connection.
Stove made of thicker steel: for even greater durability and a longer lifetime.

Modifications you can make yourself (C)

Some modifications are easy to make at home:

Stainless steel top rim for the steel casing: it can be ordered from the factory, but you can also fit it yourself if you wish.
Replacing a steel door with a glass door: to enjoy the play of the flames and add cosiness, the steel door can be replaced with a heat-resistant glass door.
